The 1 year Training Barn mentorship programme really has been the best thing I have ever done. My knowledge of the equine photography industry and my understanding and grasp of equine photography has improved massively (and this is obviously what the course promises) but what is harder to put into words is how thoroughly enjoyable this year has been. From the ‘get go’ the first module hit the ground running and I loved every single minute of it thereafter. I longed for the next two days to come around and drove away from that magical little place so incredibly enthused – on each and every occasion.

Emily is, as she has always been, incredibly professional and about as knowledgeable as you can be about the equine photography market – she shares that knowledge and experience openly and readily. She is supportive and so very kind but equally ready to push you to where she thinks you should be. It’s so clear to see that both Emily and Hannah love sharing their knowledge and developing aspiring photographers and that pleasure spills over in the group and this is a very big part of what makes it such a lovely year. The end of the of the year was surprisingly emotional but friendships were made on the course I know will last a lifetime.
